About the Role We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to train client engineering teams in applying AI to platform operations and reliability engineering. Key Responsibilities • Train engineering teams on AI-driven platform operations and SRE practices • Deliver hands-on training on CI/CD pipeline troubleshooting • Support AI-assisted Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) generation using Terraform and Kubernetes • Create and maintain incident runbooks • Perform log analysis and anomaly detection • Integrate security scanning into DevSecOps workflows • Promote secure and effective AI adoption in engineering operations • Engage with customer stakeholders and drive change initiatives across global enterprise environments Requirements • 8+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) • Strong expertise in CI/CD, pipeline troubleshooting, and automation • Hands-on cloud infrastructure experience • Strong knowledge of observability, monitoring, and incident management • Expertise in automation and DevSecOps practices • Understanding of AI security risks involving source code, logs, configurations, and operational data • Excellent customer-facing communication and stakeholder management skills • Experience driving change initiatives in global and enterprise environments
