About the Role We are looking for a DevOps Engineer with experience in the Energy/Utilities domain for a 6-month contract position. This role requires strong technical skills and domain knowledge. Key Responsibilities • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines • Develop and manage infrastructure-as-code solutions • Provide production support and troubleshooting • Collaborate with stakeholders on technical requirements • Ensure environment management and cloud analytics integration Requirements • 7+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Data Engineering, or DevOps • Strong Python development experience with APIs and testing frameworks • Hands-on experience with GitHub, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD pipelines • Experience with AWS CDK, Terraform, or similar infrastructure-as-code tools • Knowledge of automated testing, cloud analytics integration, and environment management • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills • Prior experience in the Utilities/Energy domain is mandatory Preferred Experience • Experience with energy market analytics, forecasting, or optimization • Understanding of wholesale power markets and transmission processes • Familiarity with ISO/RTO market structures • Experience with cloud analytics, reporting, and visualization solutions
