About the Role We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our Agile team in building and supporting healthcare applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in release management, Azure cloud platforms, CI/CD automation, and production deployment governance. Key Responsibilities • Own and continuously improve the release management process • Plan deployment schedules and maintain release calendars • Lead release readiness reviews and Go/No-Go meetings • Ensure compliance with change management and audit requirements • Track release metrics and operational KPIs • Manage and deploy Azure Databricks Workflows, Delta Live Tables, Notebooks, Unity Catalog, and SQL Warehouses • Define deployment standards and best practices • Develop rollback strategies and release controls • Ensure stable and secure production deployments • Build and manage Azure DevOps release pipelines • Implement Git branching strategies and version control best practices • Govern pull requests, code reviews, and deployment approvals • Automate build, testing, and deployment processes • Assess production impact and risks before releases • Identify deployment dependencies and business impacts • Create rollback and contingency plans • Participate in CAB (Change Advisory Board) reviews • Lead major production deployments and support activities • Coordinate issue resolution and root cause analysis • Collaborate with Data Engineering, Operations, Security, QA, and Business teams • Ensure high availability and operational stability of critical systems Requirements • 10+ years of experience in Release Management, Change Management, Production Operations, or DevOps Engineering • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Azure Cloud Data Platforms and Azure DevOps • Experience managing large-scale production deployments across multiple teams • Strong understanding of release governance, risk management, and production support processes • Proven ability to manage deployment pipelines and release controls in enterprise environments • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills Preferred Qualifications • Experience working within healthcare or regulated environments • Strong knowledge of Azure Databricks ecosystem and Lakehouse architecture • Familiarity with ITIL, Change Management, and Release Governance frameworks
