About the Role We are looking for an experienced DevSecOps Engineer to join our team at Univar Solutions. This role focuses on ensuring security throughout the development lifecycle, with a focus on AWS, AI agent development, and container security. Key Responsibilities • Implement and maintain security practices in DevOps processes • Develop and deploy AI agents using Strands or LangChain • Ensure container security through image hardening and vulnerability patching • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions • Identify and remediate security vulnerabilities in open-source dependencies • Implement SAST tools and remediate security findings Requirements • 8+ years of experience in DevOps or Platform Engineering • Strong hands-on experience with AWS (ECR, ECS, EKS, IAM) • Experience building AI agents using Strands or LangChain • Custom MCP server development using FastMCP • Strong Node.js application development experience • Extensive experience with Docker, container security, and vulnerability patching • Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions and CI/CD pipelines • Expertise in fixing open-source dependency and software supply-chain vulnerabilities • Experience implementing SAST and remediating security findings • Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) security scanning and AWS misconfigurations • Preferred Certification: CKA or CKAD
