About the Role We are looking for a DevSecOps Engineer to join our team at Sutherland. This role focuses on securing cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes clusters, and CI/CD pipelines. Key Responsibilities • Secure cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes clusters, and CI/CD pipelines. • Implement cloud security controls and access management policies. • Integrate security scanning and vulnerability remediation into pipelines. • Monitor security incidents and reduce cloud attack surfaces. • Support compliance audits and security automation. Requirements • 7+ years of experience in DevSecOps or related field. • Strong knowledge of Cloud Security: GCP, AWS, IAM, CSPM. • Experience with Kubernetes Security: GKE, RBAC, Network Policies, Pod Security. • Proficiency in GitLab CI/CD Pipeline Security. • Familiarity with SAST, DAST, Dependency & Secret Scanning. • Experience with Terraform & IaC Security Scanning (tfsec, Checkov). • Knowledge of Secrets Management and Vulnerability Remediation. • Experience with Security Monitoring using Datadog. • Understanding of Istio, mTLS & Service Mesh Security. • Compliance knowledge: SOC 2, HIPAA, ISO 27001.
