About the Role NVIDIA is hiring several DFT engineers to work with DFT Methodologies, Scan and RTL. This role can be remote across the US or in person in our offices in Santa Clara, California. Key Responsibilities • Architect and develop test methodologies for next-generation silicon • Ensure silicon testability and security from the first bring-up • Work with complex semiconductor chips Requirements • Experience in DFT Scan, methodologies, and RTL • Knowledge of DFT architecture, verification, and post-silicon validation
