About the Role We are seeking a Director of Site Reliability Engineering to lead the SRE function and engineering teams, focusing on improving platform reliability and incident management. Key Responsibilities • Build and lead the SRE function and engineering teams • Drive P1/P2 incident reduction and root cause analysis • Define SLIs, SLOs, error budgets, and reliability standards • Improve observability, monitoring, automation, and incident prevention • Lead change management, production readiness, and resilience engineering • Collaborate across Salesforce CRM, cloud, networking, middleware, databases, and telephony platforms Requirements • Proven leadership in building and scaling SRE teams • Strong experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, production engineering, and incident management • Expertise in observability, distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and reliability governance • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
