About the Role We are seeking a Director, Operations Instructional Design for a 6-month contract position with possible extension. This role requires expertise in creating interactive digital training programs and managing instructional design operations. Key Responsibilities • Lead instructional design projects and operations • Develop interactive digital training programs • Manage and implement e-learning solutions • Ensure compliance with industry standards (SCORM, xAPI, cmi5) Requirements • 5+ years of experience in Instructional Design or Digital Learning • Hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline 360 and Adobe Captivate • Experience with SCORM Cloud, LMS, xAPI, and cmi5 • Knowledge of AI tools and vibe coding • Must be authorized to work in the USA • Willing to travel 4–6 times per year • Updated LinkedIn profile required Preferred Qualifications • K-12 educator training experience
