About the Role We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Lead Developer to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Power Platform, Azure services, and C#/.NET development. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform • Develop with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dynamics 365 plugins, and solution architecture • Utilize Azure services including Data Factory, Service Bus, SQL, Logic Apps, and Key Vault • Implement CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and GitHub Enterprise • Work in Agile and iterative software development environments Requirements • 8–10 years of relevant professional experience in software development • Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service • Strong development experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dynamics 365 plugins, and solution architecture • Practical experience with Azure services • Strong proficiency in C#/.NET development • Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio • Understanding of enterprise architecture patterns, integration practices, and application design principles • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills
