About the Role We are urgently looking for an experienced Ecommerce Solution Lead / Architect to join our team. This role requires strong hands-on expertise in MarTech and enterprise eCommerce integrations. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement technical solutions for eCommerce platforms • Integrate eCommerce platforms with various enterprise systems • Develop promotion engines, pricing rules, and personalized offers • Implement customer segmentation and campaign orchestration Requirements • Strong experience in eCommerce Solution Architecture and technical solution design • Hands-on implementation experience with Adobe Target, Salesforce Personalization, Dynamic Yield, or Bloomreach • Experience designing promotion engines, pricing rules, discount eligibility, and personalized offers • Expertise integrating eCommerce platforms with CRM, CDP, CMS, ERP, OMS, and PIM systems • Strong understanding of customer segmentation, campaign orchestration, and real-time personalization • Experience with REST APIs, microservices, API-first architecture, and cloud-based integrations Note: We need candidates with proven hands-on technical implementation and solution architecture experience, not just marketing campaign or product management experience.
