About the Role We are looking for an experienced EDI Analyst/Developer to join our team. This role focuses on solving complex data challenges and managing integrations. Key Responsibilities • Analyze and develop EDI solutions for PEO, HRIS, payroll, and benefits • Work with EDI 834 (Benefits Enrollment) and EDI 820 (Premium Payments) • Perform data analysis, validation, and reconciliation using SQL • Troubleshoot EDI files and provide production support • Ensure compliance with HIPAA/PHI regulations Requirements • 5–8 years of relevant EDI experience • Strong hands-on expertise in EDI 834 and EDI 820 • Solid SQL skills for data analysis and reconciliation • Knowledge of EDI mapping, file troubleshooting, and production support • Understanding of PEO/ASO, HRIS, payroll deductions, and Open Enrollment • Experience with SFTP, FTPS, and AS2 is a plus
