About the Role We are looking for an Electrical Design Engineer to support a major Power Resiliency Program, focusing on backup power systems, mobile generators, electrical infrastructure, and operational readiness. Key Responsibilities • Support planning, design, and commissioning of backup power generation systems • Develop site-specific implementation plans and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) • Coordinate with operations teams, contractors, vendors, and utility providers • Support mobile generator deployment and operational readiness • Track project progress, risks, blockers, and equipment information • Assist with pilot projects, process development, documentation, and reporting • Communicate project updates and technical information to large groups Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering • Strong communication and presentation skills, including communicating with large groups • Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities effectively • Willingness to work fully onsite Preferred Qualification • Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
