About the Role We are seeking an Engineering Manager – SAP Master Data to lead a team of SAP professionals delivering reliable, scalable master data solutions. This role combines people leadership, delivery ownership, stakeholder management, and technical oversight across SAP ECC and S/4HANA, with a focus on retail master data. Key Responsibilities • Lead, coach, and develop SAP teams; manage performance, capability development, succession planning, and employee engagement. • Own delivery of master data initiatives, enhancements, and production support. • Manage priorities, resources, dependencies, delivery risks, and escalations. • Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and integration teams. • Establish master data governance, stewardship, quality standards, and controls. • Oversee retail domains including products, sites/locations, vendors, customers, and supply chain master data. • Support ECC-to-S/4HANA transformation and migration. • Oversee integrations between SAP and non-SAP applications. • Drive Agile delivery, incident resolution, operational metrics, and continuous improvement. • Manage vendor performance and support compliance, audit, security, and business continuity requirements. • Identify suitable automation, analytics, and AI opportunities.
