About the Role We're seeking an experienced Epic Cheers / Campaigns Analyst to support patient engagement and outreach initiatives. This role focuses on optimizing Epic's patient communication tools, building targeted outreach campaigns, and improving patient engagement through effective workflows and automation. Key Responsibilities • Configure, build, and optimize Epic Cheers and Campaigns functionality • Develop targeted patient outreach campaigns, registries, and segmentation logic • Partner with clinical, marketing, and operational teams to improve patient communication strategies • Build and maintain automated communication workflows • Troubleshoot application issues and support testing, upgrades, and enhancements • Support reporting, documentation, and end-user training Requirements • Epic Cheers and/or Campaigns Certification Required • Hands-on Epic Cheers / Campaigns build and optimization experience • Strong understanding of patient engagement, outreach strategies, and campaign management • Experience configuring registries, segmentation, and communication workflows • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration skills • Experience with Reporting Workbench and Epic registries preferred
