About the Role We are looking for an experienced Epic Healthy Planet Analyst to join our team. This role requires expertise in Risk Adjustment, RAD/RED, and Value-Based Care workflows. Key Responsibilities • Manage Risk Adjustment Models (RAD/RED), including build and configuration • Implement HEDIS, VBC, and quality reporting • Work with Population Health, Registries, and complex rule build • Develop Provider/CDI workflows, dashboards, and reporting Requirements • Epic Healthy Planet Certification Required • 5+ years of Epic experience • Strong background in Risk Adjustment, RAD/RED, and Value-Based Care workflows • Experience with HEDIS, VBC, and quality reporting • Knowledge of Population Health, Registries, and complex rule build • Familiarity with Provider/CDI workflows, dashboards, and reporting
