About the Role
We are looking for a talented Ericsson EMM 20 L3 Support Engineer to join our team. This role requires strong technical expertise in troubleshooting complex application issues and ensuring smooth production operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Troubleshoot complex application issues independently
• Ensure smooth production operations
• Manage production incidents and perform RCA
• Analyze application logs and debug issues
• Configure, enhance, and deploy applications
Requirements
• 5–8 years of experience
• Hands-on experience with Ericsson EMM 20
• Strong knowledge of Java and Oracle SQL/PLSQL
• Unix/Linux troubleshooting skills
• Experience with Telecom BSS/OSS applications and integrations
• Knowledge of enterprise billing and order management
• Application log analysis and debugging skills
