About the Role We are seeking an ETL Junior Data Engineer for a long-term W2 contract-to-hire role in Cincinnati, OH. This position requires strong ETL development skills and the ability to work with various data tools. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain ETL processes using DataStage, Snowflake, dbt, and Python • Work with SQL for data extraction and transformation • Interface with business stakeholders to understand requirements • Troubleshoot and own specific data pipelines Requirements • Experience with Business Intelligence and ETL systems • Proficiency in DataStage, Snowflake, dbt, Python, and SQL • Strong business analysis skills • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams • In-depth ETL knowledge with pipeline ownership and troubleshooting experience
