About the Role We are looking for an experienced ETL / Data QA Tester with strong expertise in ETL Testing, Advanced SQL, Azure Databricks, PySpark, Python Automation, and Data Validation. Key Responsibilities • Validate data across Databricks, SQL Server, Vertica, or similar platforms • Lead QA teams, review test coverage, and communicate quality risks to stakeholders • Implement test automation using Python and PySpark • Perform data reconciliation and source-to-target validation Requirements • 10+ years of experience in ETL/Data Testing, including large-scale data migration or re-platforming projects • Strong expertise in SQL, including complex queries and data reconciliation • Hands-on experience with Azure Databricks, PySpark, and Python for data validation and test automation • Experience with data quality and automation frameworks such as Great Expectations, dbt tests, pytest, or equivalent tools • Strong experience in Data Migration Testing, Data Warehouse Testing, Regression Testing, and Web Application Testing • Strong understanding of test strategy, test planning, defect management, and QA best practices • Experience working with healthcare data, including PHI, data privacy, and compliance
