About the Role Keypixel Software Solutions is seeking an experienced ETL Data Tester / Database Tester to join their team. This role requires strong SQL and PL/SQL expertise and hands-on experience in data warehouse testing. Key Responsibilities • Develop test data scripts based on ETL mapping documents and technical specifications • Analyze ETL mapping documents and write SQL scripts to validate data transformations • Execute SQL scripts and perform detailed backend data analysis • Design test strategies, test scenarios, and test cases for applications involving ETL components • Perform data mining and detailed data analysis across data warehousing systems • Execute formal test plans to ensure quality delivery of data-related projects • Perform database testing using complex SQL queries and advanced PL/SQL skills • Validate data accuracy, completeness, integrity, and consistency across source and target systems • Define and track QA metrics, including defects, defect counts, test results, and testing status • Identify, document, track, and report data-related defects throughout the testing lifecycle Requirements • Strong hands-on experience in ETL Testing and Data Warehouse Testing • Excellent SQL and PL/SQL programming skills • Experience creating SQL scripts based on ETL mapping documents • Expertise in backend database testing and complex query analysis • Experience with data validation, data reconciliation, and data quality testing • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills • Ability to independently execute test cases and document testing results
