About the Role We are looking for an experienced ETL Tester with Databricks expertise to join our team at CITIUS Tech. This role involves testing complex data pipelines and ensuring data quality in a healthcare context. Key Responsibilities • Perform ETL/Data Testing with 10+ years of experience • Work with Azure Databricks, PySpark, SQL, and Python • Conduct large-scale data migration and legacy-to-new pipeline reconciliation • Develop test strategies, risk-based coverage, and test automation • Utilize frameworks like Great Expectations, dbt tests, and PyTest • Test healthcare data including PHI and de-identified/synthetic data • Perform multi-platform validation and manage defects in Azure Boards • Lead QA team and communicate with stakeholders Requirements • 10+ years of ETL/Data Testing experience • Expertise in Azure Databricks, PySpark, SQL, and Python • Experience with test strategy development and automation • Knowledge of healthcare data testing standards • Strong stakeholder communication skills
