About the Role We are looking for an experienced Financial Analyst to support IT Finance, financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, and technology cost management. Key Responsibilities • Manage annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and departmental financial planning • Perform month-end close activities, accruals, reversals, reconciliations, and variance analysis • Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to leadership • Support IT cost allocation, Technology Business Management (TBM), and showback/chargeback reporting • Track vendor commitments, contracts, capital expenditures (CAPEX), and operating expenditures (OPEX) • Develop financial models, KPI scorecards, dashboards, and executive presentations Requirements • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field • 4–6 years of progressive financial analysis or accounting experience • Advanced MS Excel and financial modeling skills • Experience with financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting • Knowledge of SmartView, OneStream, or similar financial reporting tools • Understanding of General Ledger (GL), accruals, reversals, and GAAP principles • Strong variance analysis and financial reconciliations skills • Strong analytical thinking and communication skills
