About the Role We are seeking a Financial Business Analyst with strong Finance and FP&A expertise to join a finance transformation initiative. This role will involve working closely with various stakeholders to analyze and improve financial processes. Key Responsibilities • Work closely with Finance, Accounting, Technology, and Leadership stakeholders to gather and document business requirements • Analyze finance and accounting processes, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Billing, Cash Management, and Financial Reporting • Support FP&A activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning • Document As-Is processes, business rules, process gaps, challenges, and improvement opportunities • Develop process maps, business requirements documents, and functional documentation • Identify opportunities for process optimization, AI, RPA, and intelligent automation • Support QA, UAT, and compliance activities to ensure quality deliverables • Collaborate with globally distributed project teams and client stakeholders Requirements • Mandatory hands-on experience in FP&A, budgeting, and forecasting • Strong background in Finance and Accounting • Experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation • Knowledge of AI, automation, and business value realization • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Visio, Word, and PowerPoint • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Flexibility to support QA and collaborate with global teams
