About the Role We are looking for a Flutter Developer to join our team and lead mobile engineering efforts. This role focuses on building beautiful, high-performance cross-platform apps for iOS and Android. Key Responsibilities • Design and scale robust, clean-code iOS & Android apps • Implement predictable architectures using BLoC, Riverpod, or Provider • Connect complex RESTful APIs/WebSockets and write native platform channels when needed • Work closely with the Tech Manager to align on technical direction • Maintain robust unit/widget test coverage and automate CI/CD pipelines Requirements • 4+ years of mobile development experience (3+ years strictly with Flutter & Dart) • Deep understanding of asynchronous programming, app performance profiling, and memory management • Solid experience handling App Store and Google Play deployments • A proactive collaborator who pairs well with product and UI/UX teams • A creative mind who sees every app as a work of art
