About the Role We are looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to join Palantir Foundry. This role involves working on healthcare and data engineering projects, focusing on AI integration and enterprise-grade data integration pipelines. Key Responsibilities • Design and develop enterprise-grade data integration pipelines using Palantir Foundry • Implement data governance, markings, permissions, and role-based access controls • Build batch, incremental, and streaming data pipelines using multiple data sources and connectors • Develop TypeScript/Python Functions, function-backed actions, and function-backed columns • Create Workshop applications, OSDK-based applications, custom widgets, and React/TypeScript applications • Implement Palantir AIP, AIP Logic, AIP Agents, RAG pipelines, and AI-powered workflows • Own end-to-end technical deployments, including requirements gathering, architecture, development, testing, and production rollout Requirements • 5+ years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, or technical consulting • 2+ years of hands-on Palantir Foundry experience • Strong expertise in Foundry Ontology, including object types, link types, action types, interfaces, and functions • Strong hands-on experience with Python, SQL, PySpark, Pandas, and distributed data processing • Experience building data pipelines using multiple data sources and connectors • Experience developing TypeScript/Python Functions and React/TypeScript applications • Knowledge of data governance, markings, permissions, and role-based access controls • Experience with Palantir AIP, AIP Logic, AIP Agents, RAG pipelines, and AI-powered workflows • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate directly with customer stakeholders, business teams, and technical leadership • Experience with code reviews, engineering best practices, CI/CD, testing strategies, and mentoring developers
