About the Role We are looking for a Speech Analytics Analyst fluent in both French and English to join our team. This role involves analyzing voice interactions and delivering insights to stakeholders. Key Responsibilities • Analyze voice interactions at scale • Build speech categories and scoring models • Deliver bilingual insight presentations to stakeholders • Create Power BI dashboards combining speech and KPI data • Investigate call drivers, sentiment shifts and compliance risks Requirements • Fluent French AND English — both non-negotiable • Hands-on speech analytics platform experience (Verint, NICE-Nexidia, Observe.AI, CallMiner or similar) • BPO or contact centre background • Comfortable delivering client-facing insights in both languages • Power BI or similar reporting tool experience
