About the Role We are looking for a Front-End Lead Developer to join our team in Plano, TX. This role requires significant experience in frontend development with leadership responsibilities. Key Responsibilities • Lead frontend development initiatives • Mentor junior developers • Implement solutions using React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript • Work with SPAs and Micro Frontend applications • Develop and maintain REST/GraphQL APIs Requirements • 14+ years of overall IT experience • 6+ years of frontend development with leadership experience • Strong expertise in React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS • Experience with SPAs and Micro Frontend (MFE) applications • Technical leadership, mentoring, REST/GraphQL APIs, Git, and CI/CD • Experience with AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Amazon Q, Codex, OpenAI, or similar
