About the Role We are looking for an experienced Front-End .NET Developer to support enterprise applications for the State of Iowa – Department of Management, Division of Information Technology (DOM DoIT). Key Responsibilities • Design and implement RESTful APIs • Strong experience with .NET and C# development • Hands-on front-end development using HTML5, CSS, Sass, and JavaScript • Strong UI/UX knowledge, responsive design, and usability principles • Experience with WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards and Section 508 compliance • Hands-on accessibility testing using tools like JAWS and axe • Experience with enterprise design systems, Bootstrap, and Material • Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines • Working knowledge of SQL Server, APIs, and middleware integrations • Experience supporting enterprise production applications • Knowledge of secure coding practices and sensitive data handling Requirements • A GitHub profile, code samples, or portfolio showcasing front-end and UI work is mandatory • Candidates must demonstrate formal WCAG training and practical accessibility experience • A completed skills matrix is required with every submission
