About the Role We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Application Developer to build secure, scalable enterprise applications and optimize CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and Dev SecOps workflows. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop and maintain enterprise web applications using C#/Blazor or Python • Build, maintain and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitLab, GitHub, Artifactory and SonarQube • Automate software delivery, deployments and infrastructure workflows • Improve code quality, operational visibility and developer productivity • Deliver secure, scalable and maintainable application solutions Requirements • 8+ years of experience in full-stack application development • Strong technical expertise in C# / Blazor and/or Python • Experience with CI/CD Pipeline Development and Automation • Knowledge of Azure DevOps and/or GitLab • Familiarity with GitHub, Artifactory and SonarQube • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Deployment Automation • Understanding of Secure Coding Practices and System Integration • Experience with Enterprise Application Architecture • Strong Communication and Cross-Functional Collaboration skills Preferred Skills • DoD, Defense or Government Contractor Experience • Dev Sec Ops in Secure Environments • NIST SP 800-218 (SSDF) Compliance • Terraform / Bicep • Static and Dynamic Code Analysis • Artifact Attestation and Software Supply Chain Security • SSO, RBAC and Audit Logging • Blazor Server / WebAssembly • Secure Software Development Workflows
