About the Role We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our team in the banking industry. This role focuses on modernizing and enhancing critical banking applications using Java and Spring Boot. Key Responsibilities • Develop and enhance enterprise banking applications using Java and Spring Boot • Refactor and modernize existing applications into scalable microservices • Design and develop RESTful APIs and event-driven integrations using Kafka/MQ • Containerize applications using Docker and deploy/manage them on Kubernetes • Create and maintain Helm charts for Kubernetes deployments • Implement and enhance CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions • Support QA, automation testing, troubleshooting, and production deployments • Collaborate with architects, developers, QA, DevOps, and business teams Requirements • 9–10 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer • Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD • Experience with Kafka, MQ, Helm, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Maven • Enterprise application development and modernization experience • Banking / Financial Services experience Good to Have • ReactJS, TypeScript, Photon UI, HTML5 / CSS3 • Cloud-native application development experience
