About the Role We are looking for a talented Full Stack Developer to join a global leader in financial services. This role focuses on building scalable applications with a backend emphasis and leveraging AI to create innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities • Design and develop scalable applications, with a focus on backend engineering (70% backend / 30% frontend) • Leverage AI to build smarter solutions, improve development processes and deliver production-ready applications • Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into innovative, high-performing solutions Requirements • 2–3+ years of professional development experience, with strong backend skills, Python or Rust, SQL/databases and RESTful APIs • Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure or GCP, and demonstrated success incorporating AI into real-world development projects, ideally in production • Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment • Experience with microservices, Docker or Kubernetes is an asset, but not required
