About the Role We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our team. This role requires strong hands-on development skills and the ability to collaborate directly with customers. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications • Collaborate with customers to understand and implement requirements • Take ownership of features and deliverables from development through deployment • Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure code quality • Work closely with architects, technical leads, project managers, and QA teams • Participate in Agile ceremonies and continuously improve development practices Requirements • Strong experience in Python or Node.js • Frontend development using React, Angular, or Vue.js • REST API development and backend services • JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3 • Relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.) • Git, unit testing, debugging, and CI/CD • Understanding of application architecture, design patterns, and scalable solutions Preferred Skills • Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP • Docker, microservices, and event-driven architecture • Exposure to AI/ML, Generative AI, and AI-assisted development tools
