About the Role We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer to join a multidisciplinary team supporting a large-scale care and welfare organization. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, enhance, and maintain business-critical frontend and backend applications • Translate business and functional requirements into scalable, secure, and reliable technical solutions • Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and other IT professionals to deliver solutions aligned with organizational needs • Develop and maintain web applications, desktop applications, APIs, and backend services • Improve application performance, stability, security, maintainability, and overall software quality • Contribute to application modernization, architectural improvements • Support production environments, investigate technical issues, and resolve incidents • Participate in Agile/Scrum or Kanban practices and contribute to continuous improvement • Take ownership of technical decisions and, where appropriate, support team coordination and technical leadership Requirements • Strong full-stack development and troubleshooting capabilities • Ability to analyze requirements and deliver practical, maintainable solutions • A quality-focused approach to developing applications used by a large user base • Effective communication and collaboration with technical and business stakeholders • Proactive mindset, analytical thinking, and commitment to continuous improvement
