About the Role We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our client in the Insurance industry. This role involves developing and supporting front-end and back-end web applications, designing and developing APIs, and delivering technical solutions that meet business requirements and end-user needs. Key Responsibilities • Develop and support front-end and back-end web applications • Design and develop APIs to support application functionality and system integration • Deliver technical solutions that meet both business requirements and end-user needs Requirements • Strong proficiency in .NET (C#) for developing enterprise-grade applications and services • Hands-on experience building and maintaining Windows Desktop Applications using WinForms/WPF • Solid experience in backend development, API design, and system integration • Strong knowledge of SQL Server/PostgreSQL, including database performance optimization • Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, distributed architectures, and systems supporting high transaction volumes and concurrent users • Familiarity with multithreading, asynchronous programming, performance tuning, and Selenium or other automation frameworks • Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated deployment, and release management • Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies • Familiarity with AWS/Azure and cloud-native application design • Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes is a plus • Strong algorithmic thinking, software design, and analytical skills • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable solutions and collaborate directly with business stakeholders • Experience in financial services, insurance, or other mission-critical enterprise environments is preferred
