About the Role We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our team and support the modernization of an enterprise Operational Data Store (ODS) platform. This role requires strong expertise in Java/Python, real-time data engineering, and AI-enabled data modernization. Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement solutions for enterprise Operational Data Store (ODS) platform modernization • Integrate AI/ML capabilities for data migration and reconciliation • Design and implement REST APIs and microservices • Configure and administer Apache Kafka for real-time data streaming • Implement event-driven architecture and handle large-scale data migration Requirements • 8–10 years of experience in full stack and backend development • Strong expertise in Java and/or Python • Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and event-driven architecture • Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases • Knowledge of Apache Kafka development, configuration, and administration • Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and production troubleshooting • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field Benefits • Opportunity to work on AI-enabled data modernization projects • Chance to work in the financial services/mortgage domain
