About the Role We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with strong Python backend expertise and hands-on AI experience to build scalable backend services and AI-powered applications. This is a backend-first role, with approximately 80–90% focus on Python/backend development and 10–20% on ReactJS. Key Responsibilities • Design and develop scalable backend services using Python, FastAPI, Flask, or Django. • Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices. • Design and optimize databases using PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server. • Implement secure authentication and authorization using OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SSO, RBAC, and session management. • Develop responsive frontend features using ReactJS, Hooks, Redux, or Context API. • Integrate AI/LLM capabilities, Agentic AI workflows, and tool-calling patterns into backend applications. • Apply Model Context Protocol (MCP) concepts to connect AI agents with APIs, backend services, and data sources. • Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to deliver production-ready solutions. Requirements • Strong Python backend development: FastAPI / Flask / Django. • Database design, SQL queries, indexing, ORM, and performance tuning. • Authentication, authorization, and API security. • REST API development and microservices architecture. • AI / LLM fundamentals, Agentic AI, and MCP. • ReactJS development with Hooks and state management. • Strong ownership, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
