About the Role We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our team in Miami, FL. This role involves building responsive, high-performance React applications and developing REST APIs using ASP.NET Core. Key Responsibilities • Build responsive, high-performance React applications • Develop and integrate REST APIs using ASP.NET Core • Create reusable UI components and optimize application performance • Support database integration, automated testing, and code reviews • Collaborate with UX/UI designers and cross-functional teams Requirements • Experience with React, JavaScript & TypeScript • Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Sass/LESS & Responsive Design • Familiarity with Redux / MobX / Recoil State Management • Experience with RESTful APIs & ASP.NET Core • Proficiency in C# and .NET 8 • Experience with PostgreSQL & NoSQL (DocumentDB) • Knowledge of AWS Cloud Services • Experience with Git, Jenkins & CI/CD Pipelines • Understanding of Front-End Performance Optimization • Experience with GitHub Copilot Preferred • Experience in HCM, healthcare, employee benefits, insurance, or retirement systems
