About the Role We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join a global financial services firm’s Resilience Technology team. This role involves building scalable, high-impact systems to support business continuity, scenario testing, incident response, and recovery. Key Responsibilities • Build scalable, high-impact systems for business continuity, scenario testing, incident response, and recovery • Work with global teams on complex, regulatory-driven technology initiatives • Leverage modern AI tools to improve development velocity and solution quality Requirements • 7–10+ years of Python development experience • 5+ years of React and UI/UX implementation • Expertise in PostgreSQL, MongoDB, RDBMS, and NoSQL • Strong knowledge of OOP, design patterns, and unit testing • Experience with Linux/Unix and shell scripting • Exposure to GenAI, RAG, agentic AI, or coding assistants • CI/CD, containerization, and observability experience • Strong communication and Agile/Scrum collaboration skills
