About the Role We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our team in Plano, TX. This role requires extensive experience with C#/.NET, Java, and AWS cloud technologies. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain secure and scalable software solutions • Develop and troubleshoot applications using C#/.NET and Java • Work with upstream and downstream systems and microservices • Participate in testing, code reviews, and production support • Apply AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and code quality Requirements • 10+ years of mandatory experience • Strong hands-on experience with C# and .NET • Experience with relational databases such as Oracle and SQL Server • Entity Framework experience • AWS cloud experience • Kubernetes experience – must have • Hands-on experience with REST APIs and microservices • Familiarity with AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot or Claude Code • Demonstrable coding experience with Java • Experience working with React • Strong understanding of system design, application development, testing, and production stability • Experience across the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) • Experience developing, debugging, and maintaining applications in large corporate environments • Knowledge of Agile methodologies, CI/CD, application resiliency, and security • Ability to troubleshoot and maintain secure, scalable applications
