About the Role We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our team. This role focuses on building modern applications and integrating AI-powered solutions. Key Responsibilities • Own projects end-to-end from requirements to production • Build modern full-stack applications and APIs • Develop Power Platform solutions and AI-powered applications • Build/integrate MCP servers and AI agents • Work with business stakeholders and present demos/solutions Requirements • 5+ years of experience in full-stack development • Excellent communication skills • Experience with React, TypeScript, .NET, Node.js, and Python • Knowledge of REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases • Familiarity with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse • Understanding of AI Agents, LLM, and MCP • Proficiency with Git, CI/CD, and DevOps practices
