About the Role We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React, TypeScript, Microsoft Power Platform, AI agents, and MCP. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted technical partner to business stakeholders, own solutions end to end, and deliver scalable applications that combine modern engineering practices with low-code and AI capabilities. Key Responsibilities • Act as the primary technical point of contact for business stakeholders and lead discovery sessions. • Translate business goals into clear technical requirements and solution designs. • Own end-to-end delivery, including development, testing, deployment, and handover. • Evaluate and determine when to use custom full-stack applications, Code Apps, or hybrid solutions. • Develop Power Automate flows, Dataverse data models, and custom connectors. • Design AI agents and build secure MCP servers to connect agents with business applications and data. • Leverage AI coding tools to accelerate development, testing, and documentation. • Apply ALM and DevOps best practices using Git, CI/CD, Power Platform solutions, and PAC CLI deployments. • Present product demos and progress updates to business leaders in clear, non-technical language. • Demonstrate excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Requirements • 5+ years of professional full-stack development experience. • Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript. • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform. • Experience designing and implementing AI agents. • Experience building and working with MCP servers. • Proficiency in at least one back-end technology: C#/.NET, Node.js, or Python. • Experience with Power Apps Code Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate, custom connectors, and custom APIs. • Strong understanding of REST APIs and full-stack application architecture. • Knowledge of ALM, DevOps, Git, CI/CD, Power Platform solutions, and PAC CLI. • Ability to lead technical discussions, conduct discovery sessions, and communicate effectively with business stakeholders. • Strong ownership of end-to-end software delivery. Good to Have • Experience using AI-assisted coding and development tools. • Experience delivering hybrid solutions combining custom applications and Power Platform.
