About the Role We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with expertise in Power Platform and AI to join our team. This role involves building end-to-end solutions from requirements to deployment. Key Responsibilities • Own end-to-end delivery, from requirements and solution design to deployment • Collaborate directly with business stakeholders and translate goals into technical solutions • Build full-stack applications, Power Apps Code Apps, and automated workflows • Develop AI agents and MCP servers integrated with enterprise systems • Deliver demos, communicate technical decisions, and manage projects independently Requirements • 5+ years of experience in full stack development • Strong hands-on Power Platform experience • AI agent development experience • MCP knowledge • Ability to own projects with minimal supervision • Excellent communication skills • Experience with React, TypeScript, .NET, Node.js, Python • Knowledge of Dataverse, Power Automate, Custom Connectors • Experience with AI Agents, LLM Integration, MCP Servers • Familiarity with REST APIs, SQL / NoSQL Databases • Proficiency in Git, CI/CD, PAC CLI, ALM & DevOps
