About the Role We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with expertise in Power Platform and AI Agents to join our team. This role involves building and deploying full-stack applications and innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities • Build and deploy full-stack applications and Power Platform solutions • Design AI agents, MCP servers, custom connectors, and automated workflows • Use AI coding tools to accelerate development, testing, and documentation • Lead discovery sessions, present demos, and communicate technical decisions • Own delivery with minimal supervision Requirements • Strong experience in React, TypeScript, and at least one backend technology: C#/.NET, Node.js, or Python • Hands-on experience with Power Apps Code Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse • Experience designing REST APIs and working with SQL/NoSQL databases • Practical experience building AI agents / LLM-powered solutions integrated with business applications • Knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol) and building or integrating MCP servers • Experience with Git, CI/CD, Power Platform ALM, and PAC CLI deployments • Proven ability to manage projects end to end, from requirements gathering to production deployment • Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with business stakeholders
