About the Role We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our team. This role involves building full-stack applications, APIs, and Power Apps Code Apps, as well as designing AI agents and MCP servers integrated with business applications and data. Key Responsibilities • Conduct discovery sessions with business stakeholders and translate business goals into technical requirements • Own end-to-end delivery, from solution design and development to testing, deployment, and handover • Build full-stack applications, APIs, and Power Apps Code Apps • Develop Power Automate flows, Dataverse data models, and custom connectors • Design AI agents and MCP servers integrated with business applications and data • Use AI coding tools to accelerate development, testing, and documentation • Apply ALM and DevOps best practices • Present demos and progress updates to business stakeholders Requirements • 5+ years of professional full-stack development experience • Strong React/TypeScript skills and expertise in at least one backend language: C#/.NET, Node.js, or Python • Hands-on experience with Power Platform, Power Apps Code Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse • Experience building AI agents or LLM-powered features and building or integrating MCP servers • Proven ability to own projects from requirements to production with minimal supervision
