About the Role We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our team. This role focuses on building end-to-end applications and integrating AI agents with business systems. Key Responsibilities • Own end-to-end application delivery from requirements to production • Build full-stack applications and Power Apps Code Apps • Develop AI agents and MCP servers integrated with business systems • Design APIs, Dataverse data models, and Power Automate flows • Apply ALM and DevOps best practices • Conduct demos and communicate technical solutions to business stakeholders Requirements • 5+ years of professional full-stack development experience • Strong React/TypeScript skills and expertise in at least one back-end language • Hands-on experience with Power Platform, AI agents, LLMs, and MCP • Experience using AI tools for software development and testing • Ability to independently manage projects from requirements to production
