About the Role We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our team at Martinet Technologies. This role focuses on building modern web applications, Microsoft Power Platform solutions, and AI-driven systems. Key Responsibilities • Lead stakeholder discussions and translate business requirements into technical solutions • Own end-to-end delivery, from solution design and development to deployment and handover • Build scalable full-stack applications, APIs, and Power Platform solutions • Develop AI agents and securely integrate business systems using MCP servers • Implement automation workflows and maintain development and deployment best practices • Present demos, communicate progress, and explain technical decisions to business stakeholders Requirements • 5+ years of experience in full stack development • Strong hands-on expertise in modern web development, Microsoft Power Platform, and AI-driven solutions • Frontend experience with React.js and TypeScript • Backend experience with C#/.NET, Node.js, or Python • Database experience with REST APIs, SQL, and NoSQL • Experience with Power Apps Code Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power Platform connectors • Knowledge of AI automation including AI agents, LLM-powered applications, and Model Context Protocol • DevOps experience with Git, CI/CD, and Power Platform solutions • Practical experience using AI coding tools for development, testing, and documentation • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Proven experience delivering projects from requirements to production
