About the Role We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our team and build next-generation business applications powered by AI and Microsoft Power Platform. Key Responsibilities • Build modern, scalable full-stack applications • Own the complete development lifecycle — from requirements gathering to deployment • Develop Power Apps Code Apps and automate business workflows • Integrate AI agents with enterprise applications and business data • Design and implement secure MCP servers and custom APIs • Apply DevOps and ALM best practices for reliable deployments • Collaborate with business stakeholders and present technical solutions • Leverage AI coding tools to improve development speed and quality Requirements • 5+ years of full-stack development experience • Strong hands-on expertise in React, TypeScript, and backend development • Experienced in Microsoft Power Platform and Dataverse • Familiar with AI agents, LLM integrations, and MCP servers • Capable of managing projects independently with minimal supervision
