About the Role We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our team. This role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance web applications and APIs. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Java code • Build scalable web applications and APIs using Spring Boot and microservices architecture • Ensure application performance, quality, responsiveness, and maintainability • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and identify root causes • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile development environment • Maintain code quality, organization, and development best practices Requirements • Strong hands-on experience in Java and Spring Boot • Expertise in PostgreSQL and database operations • Experience with Apache Kafka for event-driven applications and messaging • Hands-on experience developing REST APIs and microservices • Front-end development using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and AngularJS • Strong understanding of application performance, code quality, and debugging • Experience with Git, SVN, and other version control tools • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies • Excellent problem-solving, root-cause analysis, and troubleshooting skills
