About the Role We are looking for a Full Stack Developer (Python-Heavy / Backend-Focused) to join our innovative engineering team. In this role, you will build scalable, production-grade backend services while integrating cutting-edge AI and LLM-powered capabilities. Key Responsibilities • Design and develop scalable, production-grade backend services using Python frameworks (FastAPI, Flask, or Django) • Architect, build, and integrate RESTful APIs and backend microservices with strong attention to performance, reliability, and security • Integrate AI and LLM-powered capabilities into backend services, including agentic workflows and tool-calling patterns • Apply Model Context Protocol (MCP) concepts to connect AI agents with backend services, APIs, and data sources • Design and optimize relational database structures (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server) • Implement robust authentication and authorization frameworks beyond basic JWT—including OAuth 2.0 / OpenID Connect, SSO integrations, session management, token lifecycle management, and RBAC/ABAC • Develop responsive frontend applications using ReactJS to support backend-driven features • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on API contracts, data flows, and end-to-end feature delivery
