About the Role We are hiring a GCP AI Engineer for one of our direct clients. This role focuses on developing conversational AI solutions using Google Cloud Platform. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement conversational AI solutions • Develop voice bots and call flow designs • Utilize Google CX Agent Studio and GCP Cloud Run/Functions • Integrate with REST APIs and webhooks Requirements • Experience with Google CX Agent Studio • Strong knowledge of Conversational AI and Voice Bots • Proficiency in Python or Node.js • Familiarity with Azure DevOps and Git • Understanding of Agent Testing methodologies
