About the Role We are seeking a GCP Cloud Architect for a 12+ month contract position in Ford, MI, USA. This is an onsite role requiring 5 days per week in the office. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cloud architecture, particularly with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and a strong background in cloud-native application design. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement GCP cloud architectures for enterprise applications • Lead cloud migration projects and optimize cloud infrastructure • Develop and enforce cloud security and governance policies • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations • Optimize cost and performance of cloud resources • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cloud solutions Requirements • 7–10+ years of experience in Cloud Architecture • Strong expertise in GCP architecture and cloud-native application design • Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect certification (mandatory) • Experience with cloud migration, GCP networking, storage, and compute • Knowledge of cloud security, governance, and compliance • Proven ability to optimize cost and performance Benefits • Not specified
